Senior B2B Marketing Manager (Remote)

REMOTE, U.S. /MARKETING – MARKETING /FULL TIME/ REMOTE

Interwell Health is seeking a highly motivated Manager/Senior Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing marketing team. You will be responsible for implementing B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to bring our capabilities to market for growth and adoption across payer solutions. Reporting to the Director of B2B Marketing, you’ll be part of a team driving marketing strategy across B2B and B2B2C audiences. As a subject matter expert on serving B2B audiences, you will collaborate with teammates to ensure aligned strategies across patient and customer program delivery. We are open to applications from both Senior Managers and Managers for this role.


What you will do:


  • Drive the activation of Interwell Health’s value story in support of reaching target payer audience.
  • Seek information and operate at a level of constant inquiry about business priorities and key initiatives that can further differentiate Interwell Health within the market.
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand business needs based on objectives and then assist in activating solutions that help to support measurable impacts.
  • Execute marketing tactics by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including growth, marketing, communications, and digital teams.
  • Support the development of messaging and positioning across Interwell Health’s product portfolio.
  • Identify, develop, and/or manage the creation of a variety of online and offline content types to drive business growth and marketing success.


What you will need:


  • 5-7+ years of B2B and B2B2C marketing or similar experience
  • Experience in the healthcare space, ideally working with payers
  • Proven experience building and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Solid understanding of key business challenges, target audiences, competitive activity, and other factors that impact programs, ideally within the renal industry.
  • Exceptional marketing skills crafting complex products and capabilities into impactful, buyer-focused positioning, powered by competitive analysis acumen and curiosity. 
  • Highly analytical with a strong mindset for growth
  • Ambitious self-starter who can focus and prioritize
  • Ability to multi-task and manage an array of complex projects concurrently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
