About this role:


The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the knowledge, resources and training they need to effectively sell Sensor Tower’s solutions. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and drive sales performance.


Salary range: $90,000 - 110,000 + bonus


What you’ll do:
  • Own the onboarding program for our US based sales team. This includes collaborating with Sales Leaders and subject matter experts within the organization to continuously develop a strong and consistent onboarding framework for our new hires.
  • Create and manage sales training programs.
  • Design and distribute sales enablement materials such as commercial playbooks and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team.
  • Develop and deliver learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Assess training needs and create customized learning paths for individual team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales materials are aligned with current campaigns and messaging.


What you can bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota carrying role - ideally as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with a complex SaaS product portfolio.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Experience in learning and development, including designing and delivering training programs.


The nice to haves:
  • 1+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement or L&D role.
  • Experience with a smaller SaaS vendor (<400 employees) and understanding of working in a fast paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience in mobile data or digital marketing.
