With over 8,100 customers, including 85% of the Fortune 500, we are committed to making the world work better for everyone.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:• Build and manage a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region• Develop and execute sales strategy for the region in conjunction with Sales Operations• Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development to drive revenue• Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence• Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business• Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basisYou will also be responsible for:• Engaging and aligning effectively in C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements• Building effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, our Partner community, and the ServiceNow executive team• Retailing and growing existing customer base with regular non-sales customer engagement activities to deliver an excellent customer experienceQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must:• Reside in MD, VA, PA, WV, NC, SC, or TN currently• Have an extensive track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level• Be able to recruit, coach, and manage an exceptional sales team• Have strong strategic thinking, including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals• Be able to own accurate CRM reports, including current and future quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection• Have experience driving sales process and building effective working relationships with Sales OperationsCompensationWe offer a competitive compensation package, including:• A base pay of $144k-$215k• Equity (when applicable)• Variable/incentive compensation• Benefits, including health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs
