The Payroll Tax Analyst resolves payroll tax issues and maintains compliance with federal and state tax laws. This role will also support the payroll manager and payroll administrators.

As a Payroll Tax Analyst, you'll resolve payroll tax issues and maintain adherence to federal and state tax laws, making a significant impact on our payroll operations. You'll be there to support both the payroll manager and administrators, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your days will involve addressing inquiries from taxing jurisdictions, monitoring compliance, and analyzing data to make informed decisions. You'll also research and resolve any discrepancies and produce vital documentation for audits, embracing the challenge of quarterly and annual filings for both federal and multi-state payrolls. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work hand-in-hand with our payroll team to ensure daily compliance, and you'll also serve as backup for the payroll administrators and manager. If you have an associate degree and a couple of years in payroll tax or payroll experience, you're already on the right track to join our dynamic team!
