Compliance Analyst

ShiftMed is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Compliance Analyst to support its mission to improve nurse staffing through technology. You will be key in ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Skills

Excellent research skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Analytical and critical thinking
Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation point for regulatory compliance inquiries
Review and advise on healthcare professional credentials
Provide hiring recommendations based on laws and regulations
Support compliance audit initiatives
Conduct legal research and advise on findings
Monitor regulatory changes in the industry
Draft and revise compliance policies and procedures

Education

Bachelor's degree required
JD from an accredited law school preferred
