About the role:
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions to help us meet our ambitious growth goals.
What you'll be doing:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement scalable hiring solutions across all verticals, from GTM to engineering. Partner with our People Ops Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, nurturing relationships with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that elevates our employer brand.
Culture and team environment: Lead with empathy to cultivate a vibrant culture spanning 4 continents. Guide people policies, foster open feedback, and promote inclusive communication, nurturing a high-performance environment.
Total Rewards: Participate in the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures, market insights to recommend attractive salary bands, incentive systems, and benefits packages that attract and retain top-tier talent.
