(Senior) Onboarding Manager (f/m/d)

With Aleph Alpha growing across all offices, we are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager to own the strategy and execution of onboarding excellence. This role is crucial within the People Operations Team and will have significant impact on our growth plans. 

 

Your responsibilities: 

 

  • Review existing onboarding processes and identify improvement areas 

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations and IT to ensure great onboarding on all fronts 

  • Create scale-able processes that support 20-30 new hires per month 

  • Be a reliable partner for our new joiners throughout the onboarding process 

  • Support our new joiners with their relocation to Germany  

 

Your profile: 

 

  • Relevant experience in orchestrating onboardings, ideally in a fast-growing company 

  • Experience planning and executing on-site and hybrid onboardings 

  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills 

  • Strong communication skills in English and German 

  • Experience with HR tools (HRIS, engagement tools or similar)
