Responsibilities• Serve as the primary contact for all personnel needs within your client group• Proactively resolve employee questions with a service mindset• Coach and support managers in applying employment policies and practices• Ensure accurate administration of processes before submission for processing• Provide support on challenging interpersonal dynamics and performance management• Play a key role in implementing Equal Opportunity Policy and corrective actions• Build and maintain a supportive culture reflecting Sierra Club’s values• Partner with Learning & Development for cohesive onboarding• Develop and lead workshops for staff and managers on workplace cultureRequirements• Strong experience in HR, Organizational or Leadership Development• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations with discretion• Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple priorities• Experience navigating complex organizational systems and employee relations issues• Knowledge of racial dynamics and commitment to addressing systemic racism• Effective collaborator with experience in conflict transformation and union environments• Knowledge of current state and Federal employment lawsBenefits• $110,000 annual salary (non-negotiable)• Equal employment and advancement opportunities• Visa sponsorship available (discretionary)
