We are looking for someone that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.
Mission: Lead by example to help create a high-performing, engaged and scalable inbound Sales team for Sleek in Australia
Outcomes:
To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Sales in Australia.
Ideally, most of your recent Sales experience will have been in inbound Sales, and you will have held your last two roles for at least 18 months (barring exceptional circumstances).
Most of your selling experience will have been in B2B or SaaS and/or services similar to what Sleek offers in the Australia.
Our preference is that in at least your last role, you will have coached and/or managed other team members.
You will be a native English speaker and you will be located within the greater Sydney area, making it easy for you to come to our office three days a week.

Your communication skills will shine as you provide an exceptional experience to prospects and help elevate Sleek's presence in Australia. Training and coaching fellow team members will be part of your journey, as will maintaining an organized pipeline of opportunities in HubSpot. This role is ideal for someone with at least five years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
