Framework is the US Hiring Team for CIVICA which is the UK’s largest software companyfocused on the Public Sector (Government, Healthcare, Education) We are hiring several NewBusiness Development Managers/Account Managers to continue their expansive growth over thelast 22 years. All roles are remote with travel expected (1-2 trips/month depending on region)MUST have experience with one of these:Libraries BDM (mid-West and California) – 2 rolesMDM BMD (anywhere)ERP Account Manager (OH/KY/IN)ERP BDM (OH)This is a direct hire role with 90-130K base /180-250K OTE with no cap. VERY aggressivecommission plans including up to 25% beyond quota. With 75% of clients purchasing theirsoftware after demo, this is a dream role for someone that is self-motivated to create newbusiness in the public sector, comfortable demo’ing and ideally has strong knowledge of librarysystems or MDM or ERP. They are looking to add US logo’s to their already diverse client list.The ideal candidate will have experience of selling Cloud-based solutions to local municipalitiesor other public sector verticals.• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business sales opportunities:• Produce written proposals of a high standard that make a compelling case for the prospective client to procure Civica’s solution.• Integrate personal sales efforts with organized marketing activities, e.g. product launches, targeted campaigns and exhibitions.• Manage pipeline to ensure that incremental gross margin targets are met consistently month-on-month.• Maximize the opportunity for revenue recognition by means of well-balanced payment profiles for contracted business.• Contribute to the evolution of the Product Roadmap through identification of customer requirements to facilitate the development of profitable products and servicesRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have experience of selling Cloud-based solutions to local municipalities or other public sector verticals.Our most successful Sales colleagues embody the following behaviors & competencies:• Maximize customer value - Understands customers and fosters a partnership to solve their problems using our solutions and products to maximize value to the customer and to Civica• Own their targets - Takes full ownership for achieving personal/team targets.
