Junior Sales Enablement

At Smeetz, we are on a mission to transform how visitor attractions like theme parks, museums, and theaters manage their sales and maximize revenue. As an AI-driven SaaS platform, we empower our clients with tools to efficiently manage, market, and price their products.

We are looking for a Junior Sales Enablement Specialist to support our commercial team by bridging technical expertise and business acumen. This hybrid role involves working closely with our sales, product, and tech teams to showcase our platform’s capabilities, translate client requirements into actionable solutions, and contribute to the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to ensure alignment with company goals and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Outbound Campaign Management: Contribute to the ideation, planning, and execution of outbound sales campaigns, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to generate and nurture leads effectively.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in client meetings by preparing and delivering technical deep dives into product features, tailored to prospects’ needs.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with product and tech teams to identify implementation solutions that meet client requirements, translating technical features into clear business value.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Smeetz’s SaaS platform to support the sales team and answer client questions effectively.
  • Requirement Analysis: Evaluate technical requirements from prospects to assess feasibility, identify gaps, and communicate findings to the product team for improvement.
  • Knowledge Management:
    • Create and maintain internal technical documentation to support knowledge sharing within the company.
    • Build and maintain demo accounts for showcasing the platform’s features to prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Leverage customer insights to suggest product improvements, streamline sales processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment during the sales process.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems).
  • At least 2 years in a similar position.
  • Experience within the Ticketing/Attraction industry is a significant advantage.

  • Fluency in English (French is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and propose solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of translating customer requirements into actionable business solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working on RFPs (Requests for Proposals) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ideating and executing outbound campaigns is an advantage.
