Position Overview:
As an Account Executive – Enterprise, your primary responsibility will be to hunt for new logos and drive revenue growth by acquiring
enterprise clients across various industries. You will build strategic relationships with C-suite executives and navigate complex sales cycles to close large deals, with a focus on opportunities valued at $4M+. You will leverage Solvd’s Generative AI and broader technology solutions to help enterprise clients address their key challenges and drive digital transformation. This role is ideal for a proactive and solutions-driven sales professional with a strong network and a passion for delivering impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:- New Logo Hunting & Business Development:
- Focus on driving new business by identifying and closing new logos within enterprise clients across non-high tech industries, such as manufacturing, retail, financial services, healthcare, logistics, and energy.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers to position Solvd as their trusted partner for AI and digital transformation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to introduce Solvd’s Generative AI, cloud solutions, software development, DevOps, and data engineering services to solve critical business challenges.
- Complex Sales Cycle Management & Deal Closing:
- Own the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Focus on closing large, complex deals with a minimum value of $4M+, managing multi-stakeholder engagements across enterprise organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and delivery experts, to develop tailored proposals and ensure a seamless handoff once the deal is closed.
- Proactive & Solutions-Driven Selling:
- Be highly proactive in engaging potential clients, identifying their pain points, and crafting solutions that demonstrate Solvd’s value proposition.
- Leverage strong solution selling skills to position Generative AI and other services in ways that align with the client's business objectives, industry trends, and long-term goals.
- Take a consultative, client-focused approach, acting as a strategic partner in helping clients solve complex business challenges through innovative solutions.
- Building C-Suite Relationships & Strategic Influence:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within enterprise organizations.
- Lead executive-level conversations, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring buy-in for large-scale AI and digital transformation projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights into industry trends, innovations in AI, and best practices to support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.
- Adaptability & High-Growth Environment Navigation:
- Thrive in a high-growth environment, adapting to Solvd’s evolving structure, strategy, and service offerings as the company scales.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Solvd’s sales strategy, providing feedback and insights that can help drive continuous improvement and success in new business development.

- Pipeline Management & Forecasting:
- Maintain a well-managed pipeline of new logo opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring consistent follow-ups to close deals.
- Use CRM and other sales tools to document activities, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics related to new business development.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving proactive and solutions-driven business development activities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in business development or sales in IT consulting, technology solutions, or digital transformation, with a focus on non-high tech enterprise sectors (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, retail, logistics).
- Proven track record of hunting new logos and closing complex deals with a minimum value of $4M+ in enterprise client accounts.
- Strong existing network of contacts within non-high tech industries, with a history of leveraging relationships to generate new business.
- Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to position services such as Generative AI, cloud solutions, DevOps, software development, and data engineering to address client needs.
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, with strong communication and negotiation skills to influence strategic decisions.
- Ability to be proactive, solutions-driven, and focused on identifying client challenges and tailoring innovative technology solutions.
- Proven success in navigating high-growth environments, with experience adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic organizational structure.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with experience managing complex sales pipelines, account planning, and CRM utilization.
