As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Paid Social Manager to play a pivotal role in executing and optimising our paid media campaigns—particularly on TikTok.

What you’ll be doing

  • Paid Social Campaigns: Execute and manage paid social campaigns across TikTok Shop and other relevant platforms, ensuring that all campaigns meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the content, influencer, and marketing teams to develop ads that not only convert but also engage and entertain the target audience.
  • Performance Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance regularly and make data-driven adjustments to optimise ROAS and reduce CPA.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior team members to develop paid media strategies that align with client goals and brand identities.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding campaign performance, strategy, and best practices. Present data-backed results and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytical tools to generate insights and continuously refine targeting, bidding, and ad creatives for improved campaign effectiveness.
