Specialist, Digital Marketing

What you'll do:


  • Creation and execution of artists’ messaging calendars on socials, website, and email newsletters.
  • Identify and execute marketing opportunities with new technologies and partners.
  • Design and execute contesting for exposure and audience growth and capture, using digital tools and partnerships.
  • Assist in the creation of content strategies, editorial calendars, and publishing schedules.
  • Digital assets maintenance (link maintenance, video descriptions, tags, etc.).
  • Identify and research high impact content types to drive maximum reach and engagement for artist sites.
  • Collaborate with management and digital marketing managers and Product managers to coordinate band-originated site content.
  • Maintain band “voice” in all outgoing communications.
  • Develop and execute plans to highlight and stimulate user-generated content.
  • Manage ongoing quality assurance of artists’ online presences.
  • Research, gather, plan and post compelling content that supports the voice, tone, and style of our artists.
  • Capture and distribute content in real time (shows, events etc.).
  • Digital assets maintenance (link maintenance, video descriptions, tags, etc.).


Who you are:


  • 1.5 - 2 years digital content management experience including social media messaging and email marketing.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills.
  • Personable and actively emerged in music culture and its consumption across multiple channels.
  • Thorough understanding of the international music marketplace.
  • Thorough understanding of current digital music distribution partners and industry best practices.
  • Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities, as well as in the work environment, and can be flexible in adapting to re-prioritized tasks.
  • A team player that is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to help the team.
  • Basic HTML skills.
  • Solid experience with photo and video editing tools.
