About the role:

Do you love building AI-powered products? At Spekit, we're on a mission to turbocharge reps' productivity by creating deeply personalized, data-driven learning and content experiences that help them close deals faster. 

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the product roadmap for our AI, Data & Machine Learning initiatives, in order to create products that truly solve problems and deliver value for our users. 

The right candidate must have a unique blend of AI expertise and strong product management fundamentals. They think like an entrepreneur – they learn the market and business like the back of their hand, they embrace risks, they creatively solve problems, and they successfully drive cross functional initiatives. Our product team consists of pragmatic individuals that go deep enough to understand a problem, consider multiple solutions and weigh their trade-offs, use data to inform decisions and fully understand our end users needs and pain points.

• Spearhead a competitive and robust AI product roadmap that defines the next generation of contextual, intelligent learning solutions 
• Own the entire product lifecycle from brainstorming innovative features to overseeing their development, launch, talking to customers and prospects, and ongoing, continued product iteration 
• Use consumer and market insights to create a platform strategy and roadmap that drives user engagement and business revenue, aligning customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility and design direction
• Clearly communicate the vision, goals and key elements of new products and features through product requirements to the business 
• Deliver products and features that optimize for customer experience while making smart compromises in 10,000 small steps towards our ambitious goals
• This role requires occasional travel to Denver and to Pakistan (1-2x's per year)

• You have a natural instinct for what makes a product intuitive, user-friendly, and effective 
• You know how to effectively use data to make decisions and articulate the impact of those decisions 
• You’re intimately familiar with the competitive landscape and emerging market trends
• You don’t believe in building features, but in solving problems
• You have deep empathy for our end user, and a passion for improving user experience
• You’re a strategic and analytical thinker, able to blend technology vision and business strategy to deepen client relationships and align technology with business objectives
• You’re not afraid to double click and dig into the real pain points behind a problem before solutioning
• You’ve got an in in-depth understanding of SaaS product economics (or a hunger to learn) 
• You can work in situations of uncertainty, as the role will continuously evolve in alignment with the evolving strategy and product

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a background that includes roles at either a small startup or an early stage company where the product had a significant impact on a substantial user base
• Demonstrated history of effectively guiding teams to deliver top-quality products and experiences on schedule and within technical limitations
• Experience driving AI-centered product development 
• Ability to exert influence and foster collaboration across various functions within a distributed and empowered team structure
• Established proficiency in assessing technologies, articulating customer requirements, conducting testing and learning processes, and delivering clear and succinct recommendations
• Background in creating and maintaining user-friendly design systems, navigation systems, and component libraries
• Proficiency in managing internal training, documentation, and governance as a center of excellence within the technology organization
• Track record of taking ownership of and successfully executing migration projects from legacy systems to more modern technologies
• Experience in overseeing APIs as products, catering to both internal tooling and external development teams
• Proven experience collaborating with our technology stack and related technologies, including Node.js, React, Redux, TypeScript, Python (including Django and Django-Rest), PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, and Linux
• Experience across different devices and technologies - desktop, mobile, browser extensions and web applications
• Proficiency in developing solutions that leverage plug-ins, integrations, third-party APIs, SDKs, and applications
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, adept at conveying information effectively to diverse audiences ranging from engineering teams to leadership
