What You Will Do:

  • Product Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute a compelling product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision and customer needs.

  • Innovation & Execution: Identify opportunities for product innovation, lead ideation sessions, and oversee feature development from concept to launch.
  • Growth Initiatives: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, user acquisition campaigns, and long-term business scaling efforts.
  • Leadership Development: Take on increasing levels of responsibility with a clear path to transitioning into a C level role.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to the SMB B2B segment. Identify key channels, platforms, and tactics that resonate with SMB decision-makers.
  • Demand Generation: Design and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads, focusing on ROI. Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) for targeting high-value SMB accounts.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns. Use A/B testing, personalization, and advanced analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Master key digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing) relevant to SMB B2B buyers. Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and inbound traffic.
