Purpose of the role:


The CRM Product Manager is a unique position that not only leads the development of our in-house CRM system, they also run the campaigns that make use of it. This position will lead a world-class team to deliver significant business growth through superior data analysis, innovation, and execution.

Responsibilities


Own the CRM Product roadmap, bringing their knowledge and expertise to bear to deliver success at scale 

Define product requirements for the CRM Platform iteratively, bringing value to market as quickly as possible

Run multi-channel campaigns that make use of this CRM Platform to drive engagement

Measure campaigns and use data-driven insights to iterate on the campaign and to improve the CRM Product

Ensures that data is pivotal to development, from ideation to A/N experimentation.

Collaborate across various functions (Product Management, Engineering, Product Design) 

Provide fact-based data analysis to ensure new features meet customer demands; provide superior quality at scale and distinguish Sporty from existing and future competitive offerings.

Perform feature prioritisation for the development teams and keep programs running on time within an agile development environment.


Requirements


1+ year experience in CRM, running campaigns, measuring, and iterating.

2+ years mobile/digital Product Management, ideally with exposure to the Gambling & iGaming space.

Experience delivering successful digital product(s) at scale, while owning vision, strategy, data and execution of that product line.

Demonstrated ability to generate measurably successful ideas

Bias towards action

Must be adept at using data to optimise user experiences

Online Aptitude Test (Max time of 30 Minutes)

Remote video screening with our Talent Acquisition Team 

Remote video interview with 3 x Team Members (45 mins each, not separate days)

24-72 hour feedback loops throughout process
