The Role
The Head/Senior Director of Global SMB Sales at Sprinto will spearhead efforts to scale our SMB customer base, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. This role is pivotal in creating and executing strategies tailored to the SMB market while ensuring alignment with Sprinto’s broader business objectives.
Team and Reporting Structure
This role reports to the VP of Sales and manages a team of SMB Account Executives and Managers in the AMER region.

This remote role, based in India, offers you the opportunity to craft and execute dynamic sales strategies aimed at exceeding our revenue targets. You'll lead and inspire a talented team of SMB sales professionals, guided by your wealth of experience in B2B SaaS sales. Your mission will include overseeing pipeline generation and optimizing sales processes for maximum efficiency. Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, you’ll be the voice of our customers, helping us refine our offerings. To thrive in this role, you should possess 12 to 18 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in SMB sales leadership.
