Who we are:
At Better Life Partners, we provide what it takes to heal from addiction. Wherever. Whenever.
We work alongside community-based organizations to meet our members where they are, no matter what recovery looks like to them. By combining virtual and in-person counseling, community support, and access to life-saving medication, we help people move beyond addiction to find belonging, love, and purpose.
If you’re looking to roll up your sleeves and meet hard challenges head-on, then we’re looking for you.
The role:
The Partnership Manager is a key member of our Growth team. This role will be responsible for territory development and expansion, as well as working with Growth and State leadership to support the operationalizing of a comprehensive growth strategy designed to drive membership growth in the state. The Partnership Manager will build on BLP’s existing community partnership by utilizing their existing network of community partners to increase awareness of BLP and build new relationships in their territory.
Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will work closely with other Growth teammates as well as the Marketing, Central (Intake), and Operations teams throughout the organization to ensure optimal customer service is delivered to external stakeholders. Helping to drive Growth initiatives at the state level, you will also ensure internal teammates throughout the organization are kept apprised of relevant state resources for our members, and appropriate marketing materials are created and available for all Growth and Outreach activities in New Hampshire.
This is a hybrid position with much of your time spent in the field and communities we serve. Candidates applying must be willing and able to travel to BLP meetings, community events, or business functions as needed and determined by the business and Growth Team. Candidates applying must reside in New Hampshire.
In addition to a competitive compensation package, we’re offering the chance to be the change you wish to see in your community. Help us work toward a future where everyone can have a healthy life filled with belonging, love, and purpose.
We’re a recovery-friendly workplace that values family life, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
