We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to support execution across our roadmap and partner closely with our CTO. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of product, operations, and customer experience - ideal for someone energized by cross-functional work, problem-solving, and continuous iteration.
You’ll play a key role in refining how our platform is configured and delivered, working across customer accounts and internal teams to ensure our product evolves in step with real-world needs. The right candidate is hands-on, systems-oriented, and motivated to grow into deeper product ownership over time.
About the Role:
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops to move roadmap priorities forward
Work closely with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams to translate feedback into product-level insights
Own and refine product configuration workflows across key client implementations
Monitor performance and usage patterns; leverage data (including SQL) to inform decisions
Support rollout of new features and capabilities
Help drive alignment and clarity across functions during product development cycles
About You:
Experience in a cross-functional, execution-focused role at a tech company (e.g. Product Ops, Solutions Engineering, Client Delivery, BizOps)
Strong communicator with an ability to build trust across internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable with light technical work and familiar with tools like SQL
Highly organized, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
Curious about product development and motivated to grow in a high-impact environment
