What you will do:

  • Generate, maintain, and analyze reports
  • Investigate and resolve payment disputes
  • Execute administrative tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and reconciliation of financial or trade-related documentation
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Work closely with front-office teams, finance, and IT to ensure seamless backend operations

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Prior experience with payment processors/dispute resolution
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
