What you will do:
- Generate, maintain, and analyze reports
- Investigate and resolve payment disputes
- Execute administrative tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and reconciliation of financial or trade-related documentation
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Work closely with front-office teams, finance, and IT to ensure seamless backend operations
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Prior experience with payment processors/dispute resolution
- Analytical and research skills
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Basic SQL knowledge for querying databases and enhancing data workflows
