About the role

As a Senior Front-End Developer at SurePath AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces within our B2B SaaS multi-tenant architecture. This role is crucial for enhancing our capabilities in areas such as AI-enabled productivity tools and administrative interfaces for managing tenants and their complex governance policies.

What you'll do

• Development and Architecture: Engineer and implement maintainable, robust front-end applications, focusing on solving enterprise-specific problems while ensuring optimal user experiences.
• User Experience Design: Design user-centric, accessible, and responsive interfaces by leveraging user research and feedback, ensuring seamless experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Instrumentation and Monitoring: Leverage observability tools to provide insightful monitoring and alerting across our applications, aiding in proactive user experience optimization and driving feature adoption.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior developers, taking initiative in architectural decisions while remaining open to team inputs and fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
• Innovation and Analysis: Engage in the continuous evaluation of emerging technologies and methodologies that could enhance our system architectures or development practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record developing end-user and administrative applications within multi-tenant B2B SaaS architectures. Experience in developing end-user productivity tools is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in TypeScript and React, proficiency with asynchronous communication technologies such as WebSockets or Server-Sent Events, and experience with UI design tools including Figma.
• Additional Skills: Ideal candidates would have experience in public API engineering and MongoDB administration, including optimization.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead projects with minimal guidance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to take and integrate feedback constructively.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong interest in analyzing and deciphering complex systems, with a keen eye for improving system efficiency and performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical ideas clearly and effectively.

Compensation

The compensation for this role includes base compensation paid semi-monthly, a quarterly bonus plan, and equity incentives under the company's incentive stock option plan.

The pay range for this role is:

165,000 - 200,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
