Position Summary:

Swiftly is seeking a dynamic Art Director to lead and elevate our brand’s creative vision across all channels. This role will oversee the development of compelling visual assets that ensure brand consistency, engage audiences, and drive business impact. The Art Director will manage a team of designers, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee the execution of high-quality creative projects from concept to completion.


Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with the brand’s vision and business objectives
  • Provide leadership and creative direction to the design team, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across all brand materials, mediums and channels
  • Use project management platforms to delegate projects to team, balancing work loads and timelines to see projects from start to completion, and ensures deadlines are met
  • Support the development of product designs, marketing collateral, videos, sales enablement materials, tradeshow materials, social media assets and more
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to create visually compelling campaigns and assets that drive engagement and sales
  • Oversee designs for paid ads ensuring assets are optimized for multiple platforms
  • Reviews and approves all designs, artwork, photography, and graphics
  • Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a sophisticated visual aesthetic and diverse range of design work with preferred experience in B2B tech space
  • Significant project management experience
  • Proven experience leading and managing creative teams, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and delegate effectively
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Webflow and other industry-standard design tools
  • Familiarity with designing for performance marketing, paid media campaigns, web assets, and email campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to stakeholders at all levels


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Start-up experience is a plus
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience with Wrike


$150,000 - $168,000 a year
The salary range is based on the candidates experience as it relates to the role.
