Bloom, Sword Health’s digital pelvic health solution for women, is looking for an analytical, hard working and driven candidate to help us drastically improve women’s health as a Growth Marketing Associate. This individual will support the Bloom Marketing team to drive enrollments across our Clients, key employers and health plans in the US. Through a combination of flawlessly executing a high volume of marketing campaigns across key channels - email, direct mail and webinars - and deep analysis of campaign and channel performance, this individual will be responsible for helping us achieve our audacious growth goals. This role requires a data savvy, self starter who thrives in executing marketing campaigns and analyzing performance using Google Sheets and Looker. If you have a desire to radically transform women’s lives and a track record of driving strong growth in a B2C or B2B2C environment using channels such as email and direct mail, we’d love to meet you.


What you'll be doing:
  • Develop and execute high impact and volume enrollment marketing campaigns across channels to drive member enrollments for Bloom. Channels can include email, direct mail, webinars, social media posts, fliers, Client channels and more.
  • Execute enrollment testing strategy to improve enrollment conversion rate across channels and measure performance of tests to identify areas of improvement and iterate.
  • Analyze performance of key marketing channels and campaigns including website/landing pages, email, direct mail and webinars to monitor trends and identify conversion opportunities.
  • Report weekly on Key Performance Indicators for marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Support execution for member engagement and activation campaigns to increase program starts, completion and clinical outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal Design team, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Data, Customer Success, Bloom Clinical and Operations teams.
  • Ensure flawless campaign execution, adhering to Sword’s rigorous standards.


What you need to have:
  • 2+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience with a focus on email customer acquisition in a B2C or B2B2C high growth start-up environment (preferably early-stage) or consulting/agency experience 
  • Excellent English and willingness to work a later schedule to support teammates in the US, starting at 10:00 am Portugal Time
  • Deep expertise in analytical tools including Looker and Google sheets. Mixpanel experience a huge plus.
  • Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute effectively and accurately and a positive, can do attitude
  • Creative and analytical thinker - constantly using data to identify new high impact opportunities to test and drive Bloom enrollments
  • Data driven, with a strong knack for leveraging insights to inform and optimize campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email acquisition and digital marketing best practices. Highly motivated to learn new platforms and technologies to carry out dynamic marketing programs
  • Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Track record producing a high volume of marketing campaigns and thrives in a fast-moving high growth environment
  • Deep passion for solving problems and improving women’s health.
