As a Capture Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities while leading dynamic business development teams through the entire capture process. Your daily adventures will include contacting customers, conducting competitive intelligence, performing gap analysis, and structuring bid teams. You’ll develop comprehensive value propositions, win strategies, and pricing to set our proposals apart. Your experience in managing bids from their conception to contract award will be crucial, along with your ability to effectively communicate strategies to both executives and proposal teams. You’ll have the opportunity to attend client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events, where your insights will contribute to our ongoing success. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and seven years of Capture Management experience are essential.
