  • Overall 9-15 years of experience including significant experience being a Scrum Master and 4-6 years in Agile Coaching
  • SPC certification is mandatory
  • Knowledge and experience of Scrum and Kanban is required 
  • Full time MBA / Engineering / equivalent 
  • Software development experience is preferred
  • One or more of certifications such as SAFe, ICP-ACC is a plus
  • Coaching skills at different levels of the Organizations (Portfolio, ART and Teams) and Leadership 
  • Should be aware and leverages a rich set of facilitation, training and coaching tools, and models and knows when to apply them
  • Should have experience in implementing one or more Scaling Agile frameworks.
  • Effectively able to drive learning culture through workshops, meetings, and gamification techniques
  • Has a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and organizational culture
  • Should have formal and/or informal education about coaching and strong mentor relationships
  • Experience in product backlog management tools is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Client Facing role
  • Experience in Automotive/ Auto-ancillary industry is preferred
