Oracle HCM Functional

A global MNC is currently seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, focusing on HR processes, talent management, and workforce management. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and ensure effective utilization of Oracle HCM solutions.

Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, configuring HCM solutions, providing end-user training, and supporting functional testing. Your expertise will play a vital role in streamlining HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Absence Management.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
