We are looking for an innovative, initiative-taking Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will drive the development of our products across our military and tactical divisions and will play a critical role in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps. You will manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, strategize and communicate the product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet our customers' needs. 


This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to pioneer the next frontier in sports technology and to contribute to the continued rapid scaling of one of the fastest-growing companies in sports and military tech


Responsibilities:


  • Own the tactical product roadmap, gather product requirements, and translate customer needs into product capabilities through backlog grooming, rigorous prioritization, and collaboration with other product managers and cross-functional teams. 


  • Manage the product development lifecycle for tactical-focused features across Teamworks products from concept to launch.


  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize customer needs and establish product strategy.


  • Partner with engineering and design to define the scope and timing of development and deliver exceptional features for our tactical products. 


  • Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency and mitigation plans.


  • Work with stakeholders on go-to-market strategy and execution through excellent communication and planning.



Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related role in a SaaS B2B environment.


  • Experience defining product vision and translating it into actionable roadmaps. 


  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.


  • Experience working on highly technical and complex product features, in a product or engineering role. 


  • Understanding of military processes including security requirements, compliance, and regulations. 


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


  • Experience driving cross-functional teams to ship features on aggressive timelines.


  • Skilled in gathering and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making.


  • Experience working with remote teams or a distributed workforce.


  • Experience or interest in working in the DoD / Tactical space.


  • Willing to travel to meet with customers, vendors, and partners.



Preferred Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance.

  • Security+ certification.
