As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll
be the cornerstone in partnering with hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment planning, market analysis, and proactive candidate search process. Your expertise will not only enhance the recruitment competence of managers through strategic advising and coaching but also streamline the entire hiring process to ensure a top-tier candidate experience.
Your collaborative efforts will span across various departments in Technology IT and Networks across all Telia markets. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to spearhead or contribute to a range of improvement projects, directly influencing the evolution of recruitment practices within Telia Company and setting new standards for both candidate and manager experiences.
We're looking for someone who thrives in complex situations, approaches challenges with a positive and tenacious attitude, and places high value on the relationships with managers, candidates, and team members alike. Your ability to navigate a large matrix organization with ease, along with your quick analytical abilities to absorb complex information, will be key to your success.
Who we're looking for
someone whose personality reflects a positive and engaging manner, a proactive approach to tasks, an openness to change, and a fondness for international settings. Ideally, you have at least two years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/tech roles, whether in an agency or in-house. You should have a proven track record in headhunting and attracting top talent, and be adept at managing diverse stakeholders. Self-leadership and business acumen would support you in navigating complex recruitment scenarios and driving successful outcomes. To excel in this role, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with fluency in English, are essential.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2600 - 3200 EUR before tax deduction.
