The Review Assistant III is responsible for answering call center calls, as well as, providing advanced support for the medical and exception to policy review process including ensuring appropriate information is received, documented, maintained, and confidentially distributed to appropriate team members for activities to be completed appropriately and within required timeframes. Mentors and orients other review assistants. Manages support task workflow including coordinating workload with other assistants.
Provides advanced office support for team and/or department, including creating and editing documents, answering phones, responding to questions, and distributing documents or reports.
