THA is seeking a Grants Coordinator to organize the administrative, planning, and reporting activities necessary to successfully administer various grants awarded to the organization. This role involves preparing required grant documentation and reports, monitoring performance activities, and tracking departmental grant performance. The Grant Specialist will ensure grants are administered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Additionally, they will provide guidance on grant compliance and help build staff capacity and knowledge in grants management. This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring 40 hours per week.

Based on job duties and requirements, this position has an hourly range of $22.00 - $27.00 per hour. Initial placement will be based on hired candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
