Location(s):United States of AmericaCity/Cities:AtlantaTravel Required:00% - 25%Relocation Provided:NoJob Posting End Date:December 6, 2024Shift:First Shift (United States of America)Job Description Summary:Position Overview:This Hydration & Advanced Hydration GDI global team manager role is responsible for facilitating front end innovation delivery and consumer led technology strategy implementation in partnership with Marketing, Strategy, Human Insights, Supply Chain, Research-to-Experimentation and SRA. Accountable for category product and package competitive benchmarking in key markets ensuring Coca-Cola portfolio remains highly competitive. Manage global projects and deliver viable sustainable solutions through the collaboration of global marketing, Human insights, RD centers, multiple TI&SC function subject matter experts and leaders, such as Process Development, TCR, Packaging, SRA, QSE, SC, FM, CPS etc.Focus AreasKey areas of focus of this role can be summarized as follows:• Collaborate closely with RD centers to drive and land global projects in OU business smoothly with positive business impact.• Collaborate with RD centers, process, TCR, global SRA, and RTE team to translate innovation pipeline projects into technically validated strategy-aligned technical solutions including both liquid and package parts.• Collaborate with global and regional SRA teams to get ahead of novel ingredients approval through appropriate agencies (FDA, EFSA etc.).• Develop and deliver robust Ingredient Productivity Pipeline in partnership with R&D centers.• Ensure technical efforts on category are informed by consumer insights, business models and important technology trends to deliver advantaged solutions.• Monitor external environment to identify threats and opportunities for category.Job requirements & Related Work Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, chemical engineering, nutrition or related field is required, Master’s degree is preferred• 5+ years beverage industry experience in multi-national company.• Prefer at least 3+ years product development with expertise in hydration and advance hydration category.• Prefer to have diversified knowledge including product development, packaging, process, supply chain, consumer research, regulation etc• Experience collaborating within global teams and working across multiple geographies.• Enterprise and strategic mindset• Demonstrated ability to connect across organization lines, regardless of reporting relationships.• Capable of managing multiple projects in parallel and deliver against the workplan.
