Join us!Job Description:• Responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products, at the program level in a scaled Agile model.• Defines the vision and roadmap for the program, defining and prioritizing the features/epics in the program backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and development teams.• Works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with Products Owners to ensure they are aligned on priorities.• They support and collaborate with the Product Portfolio Executive on financials throughout delivery.• Is an expert of the products, business or technology domain, and the industry in which the product competes.• This role can be part of the business/LOB (recommended) or in technology. As an expert, creates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain.• Communicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, Product Owners and the teams.• Oversees the budget(s) for one or more products. Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them.• Articulates the business value to Product Owners so they understand product and strategy; Ensures alignment across product roadmap to achieve portfolio objectives.• Creates and prioritizes features/epics in the program backlog; empowered to make decisions about trade-offs with emerging work versus planned work.• Refines features/epics with the Product Owners to ensure there is enough ready work for the upcoming 1-2 quarters. Reviews and accepts features/epics and is empowered to make on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements.• Works in partnership with the Product Owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business and industry trends. P• Anticipates and attends relevant industry events to bring points of view and trends to the Bank.• May lead a Community of Practice and participate in the Center of Excellence. May manage a team.• Automate Everything is a key strategic program across Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and which support CTI's Automation Strategy. Training is an important enabler for this automation program.• Working closely with Academy training team, the Automate Everything Learning & Metrics Lead will be responsible for creating and sustaining curriculum as well as coursework with hands-on labs, for CTI associates to learn new tools and technologies. This Lead will also manage diverse data/reporting activities.• Resource should possess excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills. This position requires strong technical skills, including the ability to train an audience with diverse technical understanding. Responsibilities may include leadership and management of key routines, coordination of training activities across CTI, creating demonstration videos and closely coordinating with The Bank of America Academy.Required Qualifications:• 10 + years leading highly organized programs and being able to effectively prioritize and balance multiple efforts in a fast-paced, data-management, regulatory driven environment• 10+ years Data management experience (data quality, metadata management, governance, etc.)• 5 years’ experience in technology• Ability to quickly develop additional subject matter expertise across a broad spectrum of issues and data domains• 8+ years being able to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing requirements, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure• 8+ years influencing and driving collaboration across diverse groups• Ability to communicate effectively and influence vertically and horizontally throughout the organization• Process-oriented with keen attention to detail• Proactively builds deep relationships with teammates/key partners• Strong experience with software development tools• Experience with SharePoint form creation, SharePoint management, and back-end data reporting• Highly motivated, proactive and a self-starter; strong sense of ownership & ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight• Critical thinker; ability to analyze problems and identify both tactical and strategic solutions to addressDesired Qualifications:• Prior experience in the development of technical training• Experience creating major tasks and milestones using scope, resources, and budget• Experience in leading large programs with both business and technology delivery components• Experience in creating and maintaining technical labs/sandboxes• Infrastructure management experienceShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Pay Transparency detailsUS - NY - New York - 1100 Ave Of The Americas - Two Bryant Park (NY1540)Pay and benefits informationPay range$115,800.00 - $215,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
