Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and select candidates for job openings across various industries.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidate skills and suitability for roles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract the right candidates.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing and networking.
  • Manage and update candidate databases regularly to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and counseling to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency or recruitment environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in at least one additional language besides English is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple job openings and candidates.
