About the Role:

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent, full time, Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in the Melbourne office in Blackburn with hybrid working arrangements. This support role is pivotal to the success of national large-scale campaigns such as the Red Shield Appeal, that generate much needed funds for vulnerable people across Australia.

Working closely with, and reporting to, the Marketing & Communications Manager you will assist with building multi integrated campaigns that focus on exceptional donor journeys, to aid the delivery of long term growth and engagement through marketing campaigns, communications and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, digital, direct mail, telemarketing and SMS
  • Develop and implement activities to increase engagement, retention, conversion, and lead generation
  • Work closely with agency partners to develop and support the delivery of campaign activity
  • Work with a broad range of stakeholders to gather requirements and provide marketing support

About You:

  • Degree in Marketing/Fundraising/Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably working within a fast-paced marketing/fundraising environment
