About the role

Lovepop is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our Growth Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth and partnering closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, this role will focus on developing engaging user-generated content (UGC), brainstorming and testing creative marketing ideas, and collaborating with other creators to bring fresh perspectives to our campaigns. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and work closely with the Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure we deliver compelling content that showcases our products and resonates with our customers.


Accountabilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality UGC for marketing channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Generate a steady stream of creative testing ideas to optimize engagement and conversions.
  • Identify and engage with creators and influencers to produce impactful collaborations.
  • Build and project manage creative briefs, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors on content development and execution.
  • Partner with the Product team to stay informed about new product launches and create content strategies to highlight them effectively.
  • Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights for iterations.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing, social media, and UGC to bring fresh ideas to the table.


Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a related role for Meta. (TikTok, Pinterest, and other channels are nice to have)Strong portfolio showcasing UGC or other creative projects.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to brainstorm and execute creative ideas quickly and effectively.
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling.


$60 - $80 an hour
The expected hours for this role are 10-15 hours a week.
