Growth Marketing Manager

Do you dream in CPLs and ROAS, thrive on optimizing funnels, and live for scaling results? If you’re a marketer who gets excited about transforming ideas into high-impact campaigns—and doing it all with a dash of wit—we want you on our team at The Scalable Company.

About Us

At The Scalable Company (scalable.co), we help bootstrapped entrepreneurs systemize their businesses so they can scale and achieve their ideal exit—without losing their minds in the process. Through our proprietary tools, frameworks, and coaching programs, we’ve built an ecosystem of tools and services designed to make a lasting impact for founders, their families, and their teams.

Our mission? Grow 14% quarter over quarter while helping 2,500 clients achieve scalable success by December 31, 2026. No pressure.

What You’ll Do

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the customer journey from awareness through conversion. You’ll not only craft and execute high-performing campaigns that drive MQLs in our sales team and optimize funnels, but you’ll also directly fuel the success of our high-ticket coaching programs and Get Scalable Live event. This is where creativity meets measurable impact.

Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day:

  • Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns (copywriting and landing pages included).
  • Plan, manage, and execute a 90-day marketing calendar that aligns to the company's goals and keeps our audiences engaged.
  • Manage and allocate a paid media budget of ~$100k/month across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive sales conversations.
  • Collaborate with the team on quarterly planning to align marketing initiatives with company revenue goals.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to ensure our funnels convert like crazy (and attract the right leads that ascend into clients).
  • Validate key metrics with support from our Rev Ops Manager, and report your findings weekly to the President.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit

  • Proven Track Record: You’ve delivered results in performance marketing roles, mastering paid ads, email marketing, and data analysis.
  • Execution-Focused: Strategy is great, but you thrive on rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
  • Natural Leader: You’re a proactive, effective communicator with experience building or managing marketing teams. You know how to inspire collaboration and keep everyone moving toward a common goal.
  • Courageous Innovator: You aren’t afraid to speak up or fail—some of our biggest breakthroughs come from mistakes, and you’re always ready to learn and adapt.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re fluent in HubSpot and WordPress and can hold your own with tools like Elementor, HighLevel, or Excel.
  • Collaborative Partner: You thrive in cross-functional teams, seamlessly working with sales, Rev Ops, and shared resources to hit ambitious goals.
  • Data Curious: While you don’t live in spreadsheets, you know how to validate metrics and ask smart questions to guide decision-making.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience creating content strategies or working in high-ticket coaching programs.
  • Are fluent in Excel and can do more than “sum” (pivot tables, anyone?).

What Success Looks Like

  • A steady weekly influx of qualified leads and MQLs, keeping the pipeline full.
  • Improved lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-deal-won conversion rates, ensuring your efforts directly contribute to revenue.
  • Cost Per Lead (CPL) stays efficient across paid campaigns, maximizing every dollar spent.
  • A healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), proving the effectiveness of your paid media strategies in generating revenue.
  • A consistent increase in Lead Velocity Rate (LVR), showing the growth of qualified leads over time.
  • A sales team so happy with your leads, they actually buy you lunch (or at least send you a thank-you Slack message).

Who You’ll Work With

At The Scalable Company, we believe great marketing happens when teams work in harmony. Here’s who you’ll collaborate with to make magic happen:

  • The President: Your direct manager and strategic partner, providing high-level guidance and regular feedback to ensure marketing aligns with our company goals.
  • Rev Ops Manager: Your indispensable sidekick. They’ll handle more than just data—they oversee the setup and functionality of the CRM, ensure a seamless transition from marketing to sales, and build automations and workflows to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Sales Team: Your allies in conversion. Together, you’ll nurture leads and refine processes to deliver qualified opportunities that make the sales team do a happy dance.
  • Programs Team: Your partners in creating a stellar customer experience, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless onboarding for clients.
  • Shared Resources Model: A collaborative dream team including:
    • Head of Growth: The strategy guru keeping all departments aligned and focused on scalable initiatives.
    • Paid Traffic Manager: The specialist optimizing your $100k/month ad spend to drive top-notch results.
    • Marketing Project Manager: The organizational rockstar ensuring every campaign is on track, on time, and on point.
    • Director of Revenue Operations: The process optimizer who ensures you have the tools, insights, and efficiencies needed to crush your goals.

Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where every role plays a part in driving our shared success.
