Head of Customer Success
Thoropass is seeking a Sr Director of Customer Success to lead a team focused on exceeding customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Skills
- 7+ years leading customer success teams in SaaS
- Experience with commercial targets and sales engagement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the entire customer success team to achieve goals
- Oversee all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Champion a customer-facing culture
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the department
- Utilize customer data to drive insights and decision-making
