The X Business team is looking for a Product Operations Agent to join our team as a full-time contractor.
As a Product Operations Agent, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our users by troubleshooting product issues, delivering real-time solutions, and enhancing their overall experience. Embedded within our product operations team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of product support, contributing to customer success and the delivery of our products to over 500 million users worldwide.
We’re looking for candidates with exceptional English fluency, strong attention to detail, a desire to make a real impact on the experience of millions of users.

2+ years in a product operations, customer support, or customer success role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Reliable internet connection suitable for frequent video conferences
Experience working in a startup environment
Experience with product support tools such as Jira, Intercom, or similar platforms
6 month contract with opportunity to renew (40 hours per week)
$1,700 - $2,600 per month ($10-15 USD per hr), depending on experience
100% remote
Typical working hours are 9am-6pm ART
