Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Representative is to help grow the client base through the management and execution of lead follow-up, cold prospecting, and sales. The ideal candidate will be excited to join the sales team in a role that will be integral to achieving company sales plan/goals. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, cold calling and emailing, and meeting sales quotas. If you are motivated and results-driven, we’d like to meet you!

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Your day-to-day will consist of engaging potential customers through effective lead follow-up, cold prospecting, and strategic relationship-building. You’ll be reaching out to ideal customer profiles, creatively engaging prospects, and setting up meetings between them and our brilliant Account Executives. If you have a background in sales and can discuss our innovative products with confidence, you’ll fit right in! We’re looking for someone who thrives in competitive environments—someone who can meet and exceed sales quotas with a self-motivated and results-driven approach. With a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and at least two years of experience in client-facing roles (preferably with enterprise software), you’ll bring the skills necessary for success.
