Toyota’s Environmental and Facilities division is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Support Administrator.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Toyota Indiana Environmental & Facilities Team in administrative roles. Reporting to the E&F Region 2 Sr. Manager, the person in this role will support the division objectives.
What you’ll be doing
Support (3) Teams within the E&F department, Facilities, Environmental and Operation/Maintenance.
Lead procurement activities including Ariba entry, SAP ordering and Maximo ordering.
Lead operating budget planning and creation as well as monthly cost management.
Issue and manage annual blanket requisitions.
Monitor the monthly accrual process.
Review all requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
Manage the department P-card.
Manage the paint suit program.
Scheduling of shop leadership schedules plus department meeting organization.
Schedule Team Member travel.
Support presentations/report-outs by creating documents and data collection.
Support small projects related to office improvements.
Ordering of supplies, PPE, and other items.
Process expense reports.
Provide IT support.
Plan events for our Team’s employee engagement activities.
Support maintenance activities with Maximo input and maintenance activities.
Support Leaders with new employee setups.
Manage maintenance on the departments pool vehicles.
Process pressure vessel and elevator permits.
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
Microsoft application proficient user in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook (scheduling and calendar management)
Capable of learning new systems and tools.
Knowledge and experience in the annual budgeting process.
High capability of working in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
Added bonus if you have
Experience with SAP, Ariba, Workday, and Maximo
Experience in Power Apps
Associates degree (or higher)
Experience as an Administrative Assistant
