Trafera is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician responsible for ensuring all repair and production units meet quality standards, providing feedback on build quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position is based in Mendota Heights, MN.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include inspecting repair units, documenting results, providing feedback to technicians, and identifying opportunities for quality improvement.
Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and analytical abilities are required.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; hardware certifications (e.g., A+, ACMT) are preferred.
Location: This job is based in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
Compensation: $23 - $25 / Hourly
$23/hr - $25/hr + up to $1,000 quarterly bonus
