The Product Design team structure is a blended model. All design belongs to a centralized design team that delivers a globally unified product and brand identity. Designers also belong to pod teams of product management, development, and research, working as one to ship entire business lines. We like problem solvers with small egos. We value individual vision and invest in individual growth. We work through issues as a team to craft global designs, and we embrace experimentation. Our team is focusing on designing shopping paths for accommodation and transportation, and we are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about travel innovation, can transform complexity into clarity, and leads by doing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Dive deep into user research to uncover pain points, behaviors, and needs.
  • Design personas, journey maps, and experience flows that drive intuitive interactions.
  • Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on real user feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to align designs with business goals.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with emerging UX trends and best practices to continuously enhance our design approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A UX enthusiast with a Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of UX design experience, travel experience is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles, processes, and final deliverables.
  • Proficient in Figma and experience with Maze, Qualtrics, and Glassbox would be appreciated.
  • Experience designing for mobile first experiences
  • A natural collaborator and communicator, comfortable presenting and defending design decisions.
  • A problem solver with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Knowledgeable about accessibility standards and how to create inclusive designs.
  • Experience in user research methodologies and tools to validate design choices.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
