This role will be the lead designer on all corporate branding digital and print needs. The role requires an innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can translate complex scientific and financial concepts into simple, cohesive brand portfolio, as well as use our cohesive brand portfolio to bring our branded house to life in all touchpoints with our internal and external stakeholders.As a member of the Corporate Communications team, this role will support a variety of internal functions developing digital and print materials, video graphic and presentations. This role will actively research what will engage targeted audiences and embody the innovative, patient-friendly perspective on helping detect cancer earlier that is unique to Exact Sciences.Essential Dutiesinclude but are not limited to the following:• Produce and lead broad range of creative work including print/digital assets, video graphics, presentations, animations, infographics, and interactive PDFs for both internal and external audiences.• Generate fresh concepts necessary to support brand related projects internally/externally and work with agencies to ensure consistency with our brand guidelines.• Work and manage cross-functional requests in a timely and professional manner.• Responsible for handling all design projects- from conception to final stage delivery.• Manage the development of graphics, diagrams, and illustrations for corporate, financial and function-specific materials.• Create animations and edit/cut videos for social and digital touchpoints• Manage the creative intake board and ensure all requests are assigned to appropriate person.• Develop further iterations of the brand style.• Point person for creative bran review and corporate brand education across the enterprise.• Strategize, organize, and manage the shooting and production of corporate brand photoshoots.• Coordinate photography style, relationship with photographer, and timelines to ensure timely executions on brand photoshoots.• Lead creative direction on all corporate brand photoshoots.• Support development of graphics for environmental branding requests such as building signage, posters, wall art, etc.• Lead the layout, design and production of company brand collateral materials for both print and digital channels and event signage/graphics.• Lead template development for standard internal corporate materials.• Design organic and paid social media graphics and campaign concepts.• Storyboard and create digital animated campaigns to help tell the corporate story.• Ability to manage digital assets.• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team and freelance designers.• Oversee print production and outside vendors in final production.• Coordinate with photography and videography agencies to create new brand assets.• Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.• Regular and reliable attendance.• Ability to work normal schedule of Monday through Friday during normal business hours.• A strong work ethic, self-starter, and ability to remain highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.• Continuously strive to improve Exact Sciences brand standards and ensure best in category practices are in place.• Ability to work in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.• Ability to comply with any applicable personal protective equipment requirements.Minimum Qualifications:• Associate’s degree in graphic design or related field.• Proficiency in variety of computer software applications, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Prezi.• 5 years of experience in a professional graphic design position.• Continued education in graphic design or creative design classes, organizations, and/or programs• Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or multi-media design.• Adaptable, open to change and able to work in ambiguous situations and respond to new information or unexpected circumstances.#LI-EL1Salary Range:$67,000.00 - $109,000.00The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
