Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Baker City, OR is looking to hire a CRNA to help support surgery and various other departments within the hospital.

As a CRNA, you will develop anesthesia plans for patients and administer anesthesia. You will observe patients' physiological condition while under anesthesia and initiate corrective actions as necessary. The CRNA will perform pre- and post- operative evaluations on assigned cases, and document in patient charts and required records.

IMPORTANT: This position consists of a sole/independent practitioner rotating with one other CRNA to cover call 24/7 365 days per year, therefor the candidate must be comfortable working 100% autonomously and managing every type of anesthesia needs and anesthesia/OR emergencies. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule covering all anesthesia services 24/7, including scheduled cases, OB anesthesia and On-call.

General Requirements:

• One to two years experience in patient care preferred

• Demonstrate a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care and work cooperatively with associates and other providers

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Anesthesiology

License/Certification:

• Licensed in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing

• Licensed as a CRNA in State of Oregon

• ACLS and PALS are required at hire
