About the role
TrustedHousesitters are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to provide support in our recruitment and onboarding processes.
The key responsibilities will include screening candidates, scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining our ATS, sourcing and responding to candidates and general administrative duties. This role is part of the People & Talent Team and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
We are looking for a driven, positive individual who cares about providing a great interview process to people. The position plays an important role in ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on coordinating recruitment activities. Collaboration with the wider people team, Engineering, Data, CRM, Marketing, and Membership Support will be essential.
