About the Role


We’re a fast-paced startup seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in tech recruiting and a proven track record of success in startup environments. This role is critical to driving our hiring processes, building efficient recruitment systems, and delivering exceptional results in collaboration with our leadership team.


Please note: This is a 3-month contract position.


In this role you will
  • Partner with leadership and executives to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates for technical and strategic roles.
  • Design and implement recruitment processes from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Source, engage, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, networking, and creative techniques, to find top talent.
  • Track metrics and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring best practices and company policies.


You may be a good fit if you have
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles in startups.
  • Proven experience building and optimizing recruitment processes from the ground up.
  • Exceptional sourcing and talent engagement skills, especially for senior and executive-level hires.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Ashby and Gem.
