What team you will join 

UiPath Integration Services team builds the platform, service & connectors that allow enterprise applications to seamlessly interface in RPA workflows and extends capabilities for RPA developers to build complex flow & logic with data flowing from various systems. 

As an Associate Product Manager in the Integration Services team, you will help execute on the vision of our connector strategy to help us succeed in offering world class integration experiences to our UiPath customers. You will be a key contributor in building an exceptional API automation product that enables customers to easily discover and utilize integrations in their daily tasks.  This results in an abstraction of API complexity to a wide variety of user profiles so that they can build integrations across systems without the need of being API experts.  

This role is designed for someone who can ideate & execute with limited supervision. This involves using the product roadmap to identify features & capabilities, work with customers to validate ideas & concepts, writing specifications, and working closely with various stakeholders within the organization to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. In addition to this, you will help in contributing towards enabling our accounts & sales teams for accelerating adoption in the market. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, business acumen, and superb communication skills. 

 

This is what you'll do at UiPath 

Establish product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of industry, customer needs & competition to define and build high quality feature requirements. 

  • Ideate & build: Wok with internal & external users to validate ideas, requirements & concepts. Build exceptional user experiences and define requirements in clear product specifications. 

  • Deliver: Work closely with the engineering team to drive the execution and delivery of features and products. Mitigate risks and ensure dependencies are handled appropriately. Test features and ensure they are of the highest quality. 

  • Evangelize product: Enable our sales & account team to push for product adoption by creating relevant collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, and documents to demonstrate value. Work with product marketing on go-to-market plans for new features to ensure a successful launch. 

  • Collaborate: Foster strong relationships with customers to identify critical use cases, gather feedback, and continuously improve product capabilities. Deliver deep integrations across the UiPath platform by building meaningful relationships with other product teams.  

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to gain valuable insights which can be applied towards feature creation. 

This is what you'll bring to the team  

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the software industry, between development and/or product management, with a focus on enterprise software or SaaS products. 

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or engineering. Degree in business administration will be a plus. 

  • Proven track record of executing on complex software products from ideation to launch. 

  • Experience in execution through collaboration with engineering, marketing, and UX teams to deliver high quality product features on time. 

  • Strong technical background in web technologies, client-server architecture, and user experience design is a plus. 

  • Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills. 

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement. 

  • Collaborate with co-workers in the office 2 days a week.
