Member Plan Coordinator

An established estate planning firm is undergoing significant expansion and is in search of dedicated professionals to become part of our team as Member Plan Coordinator.

The Member Plan Coordinator will be accountable for the administration of all new business documents. This role entails conducting quality reviews of all documents prior to their execution and assisting in the management of change requests. Additionally, the Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for our network of attorneys.

This is an IN OFFICE position

LOCATION: 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL 34201 (Conveniently located behind the BJs at UTC, exit 213)

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews network attorney document submissions for Estate Plans & Replacements/Changes. 
  • Coordinate all documentation to complete an estate plan binder. 
  • Review Replacements/Change documents, mailing to member or agent and/or assigning to network attorneys. 
  • Works directly with network attorneys to assist with all document submission. 
  • Tax statement and deed document knowledge to assist with funding deeds. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with customer service and support 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is required. 
  • Exceptional skill with Microsoft Office product suite 
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player 
  • Ability to work under deadlines while being detail-oriented 
  • Stellar work ethic and commitment to excellence 
  • Proof reading 
  • Prior legal experience is helpful.  
  • Paralegal degree or certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in plan coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software systems.
  • Prior legal and/or insurance administration experience is helpful. 
  • W-2 Compensation paid weekly
