Key objectives
As Investment Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and vision for your property. Your mission is to create financial profitability, long-term value, and an attractive meeting place where our customers will want to be, both today and in the future.
Your key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive 5-year business plan and implementing it in collaboration with various departments such as leasing, centre management, marketing, performance management, and technical services. You will also lead business development projects, overseeing them from concept to execution, and actively participate in negotiations.
As Investment Manager, you will serve as a pivotal figure in the organisation's business development efforts, maintaining numerous internal and external points of contact. You will be based at the headquarters in central Stockholm and report to the Senior Investment Manager.
What you will be doing…
Develop a business plan, budget, and turn the plan into reality.
Manage the property's P&L, including revenues, operational expenses, and capital investments.
Drive business development projects from idea to implementation, coordinating all stakeholders.
Provide analysis and data for investment decisions, negotiations, and property development initiatives.
Tackle challenging tenant negotiations and assist with leasing efforts.
Conduct ongoing market monitoring and trend analysis to inform strategies.
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
Relevant higher education or university degree in economics, real estate, or similar fields.
A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience, such as working as an asset manager, management consultant, or other similar roles focused on business and value development.
Experience in project management and budget responsibility.
Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as you will use both languages in your daily work.
Self-driven with the ability to manage own projects and business decisions.
